the mediation is all about covering legal costs. There will be no result.

dont expect march 09 for a start to this. Try march 2010 after all the interlocutory applications are heard and appealed.

Then of course there is the inevitable appeals in the substantive case too. appeals to the full bench of fed crt and then to the h crt. I reckon 2013 before its all finished. That is of course if chm can keep their investors together and their finance flowing.
