On the 8th September 2008 the Court has ordered that the parties attend a private mediation (MMX & CHM).Then on 12th September 2008 there will be a further directions hearing.Hopefully by then something can be sorted out because we need CHM of our backs or this may continue until early 2009 before the courts for a final conclusion.PS I still think that MMX has nothing to answer for but hopefully it can be cleared up as soon as possible.
