    MMX has a mediation talks with CHM on Sep 9th(?).
    So why not they settle this one soon(by giving chm a million dollars or 20% of wht they r asking)& finish the deal.Otherwise it's going to drag for next as well.I don't think it's good for us.
    If we can finish this quickly,Sino will take us over for sure :)
