Do HC posters know what the government contract for collections is doing. Is it profitable? Or is CLH making a mess of it. Having done some work with a company providing services to governments, ther is often a gap in expectations and delivery. SOme of the public service people are all about covering a certain part of their anatomy and as a result, the Contractor is in an almost impossible to win position. What is the contract revenue? What are the fees.
