Bringing up Baycorp, how many GM's have they gone through in the last 1-2 years? How many employees have left for smaller companies in the same time period? How many have left and partnered to start their own collection companies?

I don't think there is a problem with the Encore model, I think there is a problem with not overhauling management before applying a massive change in model. Australians do not like change.

CLH appears to be doing the right thing, trimming the fat to make way for new methods. But it appears Rivas is still getting kickback from the old boys club who doesn't like change. Let the man do his job, the longer it takes, longer it takes to get revenue up.
