The trouble with this new study published is that:
1) It's in vitro. (In other words, the science is done in glass. It's not a clinical trial involving patients.)
2) It involved clioquinol, the "forerunner" of PBT2.
Sure, it's nice to see the results. But really, this stuff was already known (otherwise they wouldn't have progressed to PBT2.)
We're waiting for the 3-course meal featuring soup, steak and dessert and we've just been served a (red) herring...
Just my opinion.
