The yeast model is great for demonstrating how MPACs work, although it does not demonstrate the problem CQ has getting into neurons, the problem Prana overcame with PBT2, which has something like 20 times the ability to pass the blood brain barrier. CQ looked good in the model, now sit back and see what its vastly more potent analog can do in humans.
