Page 8 -> Top left hand box: typo for “Chinguetti Oil Field Particapants”
Page 8 -> Same box… reference to “Groupe Projet Chinguetti 12.000%” had no * which now reads “Groupe Projet Chinguetti* 12.000%” with * also attached to the explanatory note at the bottom of that page…”*The Mauritanian Government has exercised its right to participate in the Chinguetti Oil Field, effective 9th Nov. 2004”
Page 14 -> “Interpretation and analysis of over 8000 sq kms of 3D seismic surveys in 2005”
Page 19 -> What used to be " Tapendar Example Prospect…” now reads “Example Prospect Example – Tapendar…”
Page 20 -> This is the most important one!!! All the actual location of the prospects have been moved! In fact, I can find any of them that was right in the old version.
Page 21 -> “Mainly Cretaceous prospects, much shallower here then in central blocks 4 & 5” now reads “Mainly Cretaceous prospects, much shallower here than in central blocks 4 & 5”
Page 22 -> “V-1 drilled (1974) recovered 7 litres of oil from Cretaceous, similar characteristics to Chinguetti and Tiof samples” now reads “V-1 drilled (1974) recovered oil from the Cretaceous, similar characteristics to Chinguetti and Tiof samples”. Maybe considered a bit too speculative to mention the 7 litres of oil, or the info was sensitive, or inaccurate.
Page 23 -> “Recently completed 3D seismic survey being assessed to identify drilling prospects” now reads “Completed 3D seismic survey
being assessed to identify drilling prospects”. Recently gone, apparently :)
Page 30 -> “Market for oil products in region exceeds 35 million barrels annually (develop mini refinery concept)” for Uganda has been deleted.
