I could not bring myself to buy on the SPP. Not enough information for me. Basically, if Cortical is going to be worth 20c then why wasn't BPH worth 30c three weeks ago, instaed of 10c?
BPH may be good at raising funds but I am not convinced they have the shareholders interest as a focus.
I decided to wait and see what happens to Corical and BPH when this settles. It seems tye market is already rating the combined value as less than 20c.
If it hangs on to this sort of combined share price I will be happy as it will be a 100% growth on where BPH was before. And I will marvel at how that could be conjured...split the apple in half and finish with two whole apples?!
