agree 100%, I am a user myself and to get my wife to accept VoiP as is with most people, she said if someone comes in and installs it for me I will use it, and all of her friends have stated the same. To really capture the market you would have to offer the complete service. Offer a good looking handset that is expandable to multiple handsets around the house so a remote base is essential, have someone come in and install it all for a per month fee, all you can eat national and low cost to mobile package. Over a 12 months contract to SME especially there would be a return within 7 months providing the user makes more than $50.00 in calls on their existing standard Telstra type line. Simple maths one would think. I agree with you most companies still do not understand their product and the consumer mentality that creates the barrier to entry.
