Beats me mate...
If the 'pump and dumpers' conducted 30minutes of research into this company before investing, they'd know that they may as well 'pump' it until the outdoor build is completed and a commercialization plan is announced. Whether that is positive or negative, it's more worthwhile than a pump and dump on a 'blog post' bit of news...
Or maybe they're a generous person with too much money and don't mind giving some of it back to the tax man on a measly return?
