Something a little more positive for those that are interested

A 'new' institution/ fund manager Bombora Group (http://bomboragroup.com.au) joined the register with a long history with Livetiles, Rhipe and nSynergy called Bombora has come onto the register late last year. You can refer past presentations on their website.

Mike Hill - Bombroa co CIO was Chairman & Non Executive Director of LVT from 2015-2018, and Gregg Taylor, Bombora co CIO "was instrumental in listing the company as the covering equity analyst at the time between 2015-2017".

They used to own Livetiles and have recently "after research and discussions with management" bought back in during Dec 2020 quarter, which I believe was their initial position back into the company. Following the most recent 4C from LVT and in their April 2021 update they have topped up their position in LVT (extract from April 2021 report)

LiveTiles Limited (LVT), was a slight detractor in the month to 30 April 2021. The Company reported ARR of $66.7m on a constant currency basis, up 21% on PcP and maintains a strong cash position of $16.8m. The Manager has held several calls with management and our investment thesis in LVT remains intact. As such, the Manager has taken the opportunity to increase our position in LVT off the back of short-term volatility

Overall a company with a long and involved history with LVT is back on the register and topping up on the recent pullback . If you read Bomboras documents they have an interesting strategy of embedding themselves in companies that they invest in (eg board roles, advisers from private to public listing).

The group who has a decent track record (id certainly be happy with 30%pa over 7 years) but note - refer to their site for performance notes as over half of their track record was before the fund was public ,so may have not been audited.
