    I can see new interest in GJT ; More poeple realize it and want it at cheaper levels


    There could be even beter option that if some buildings are sold but SP is still below 5 c then senior debt holder might deicde not to convert into equity.


    May be somebody is supressing SP for this reason to make in unatractive to convert. Possible?
