I don't know why you engage with him. He is a complete looser with nothing else to do than be a KCN groupie.
He has very little idea of how businesses run.
As you say, has no idea that this asset is incredible and a blind, def, mute could get it to $5 because it will print money. Which you correctly point out has zero to do with CEO.

What he is responsible for is the following.

1) Delivering Plant 1 on time = FAIL
Plant 2 was on time and under budget because of Wayne (why they then fired = FAIL) and they paid the engineering firms. They tried to save money and lost 6 months of production at the highest ever AUD gold price = FAIL

2) First action as a CEO was a Cap raise = FAIL
We were promised a Thai bank loan 2 or 3 years ago. Where is it right now = FAIL

3) Lies about ounces produced = FAIL
Or even worse, as a CEO during cash constrained times and tight margins has no idea what 1 plant running is producing = FAIL

4) Communication was meant to improve with Bronwyn = FAIL

5) LinkedIn groupie for other companies = FAIL
It starts to become embarrassing for him. Us being 8 months delayed and he is flying round the world lying about our production figures while we are delayed.

6) Never meets guidance = FAIL

7) Has no shares = FAIL

and on and on and on = FAIL, FAIL, FAIL.
