Yes I don't believe they can legally pay a dividend as they don't have accumulated profits or current profit.
Buy-backs are possible but maybe won't be started before Sept at the earliest.
It is three weeks before the Nebari facility of US$11.5mil is due to be repaid so what I'm looking for above everything else is a statement tomorrow that they have approval for a long term banking facility that will payout Nebari by 18Jun. I know that the Nebari facility can be extended for three months but it's not in our interests that happens.
