I believe you are incorrect. Below I, highlight just one option to have buy backs down within a week.
If KCN got a AUD $50m loan from a Thailand banking consortium. We could pay our debt in full. Call it $30m between Nebari and the Pref shareholder and do a buy back the very next day
The problem unfortunately, it that this loan never comes. We have been waiting for years and the last issue was the election?! Need I remind you and everyone else that this was part of the negotiation as listed my KCN in an ASX release.
No buy back because of no loan.
