Only Nebari got the clause which is just $11m but the problem is when they put the buy back Ann to asx it will be trading at $2 or $2.50 and even if they buy 100k shares kcn will be trading $3, so no point buying at $3.
Two consecutive good Qtrly will give us $60m+ profit and it will be good idea to make buy back plan then where they will be buying big chunk before pushing the market up too much.
Anyway we only have blue sky ahead like Jamie said
