I have the same view butz - 9.5 is cheap - we haven't even reached previous high of 15.5 after all the progress throughout 2019 and the rutile has a current value of zero according to the market.
chairman appears to think the same with his purchase otherwise he would have waited - then participated in the next capital raise as he has committed and purchased before. Announcements imminent in my view - significant ones that will boost sp then a capital raise to continue development of both projects throughout 2020 - unless there is a suitor for a takeover.
Whatever the case SVM are de risking - progressing - becoming more valuable by the month.
