OMG you seem to be a very angry man. Are you a baby boomer, I am. You do know the kids calls us boomers now and blame us for the world they live in. I cant blame them as we had it easy. Houses were cheap, jobs were a plenty and life was good! However life has changed. Sure my first mortgage was at 17.5 per cent interest rate but that was great as when the rates went down I paid it off pretty quickly. The world changes and we need to adapt. Do we like hearing our parents talk about the days when we were so poor we would darn socks and when the 4 year old chook stopped laying we would lop its head off, pluck the feathers and make a risotto out of its chicken broth! I know as we moved into adulthood they thought the same opinions that you have brutally stated.

I don't know if you have children? But every generation changes. I know my adult kids are looking for quick profits but I talk to them about longer term investments and advise that the APT is a rarity (even though they got in at $9-80).
Chill out mate and go with the flow. I only read a couple of your other posts on other threads but note that you are pretty aggressive in most of them! Not sure what your agenda is?
