While the March 2025 CPI released today was less than we had assumed in our modelling, it nonetheless supports ongoing earnings and distribution growth.We continue to see value in the stock. At the current share price, we estimate a 12 month forward cash yield of c.5.8% (partly franked) and c.6% potential capital growth to our revised price target of $4.35/sh. ADD retained.
