Reading through the WME posts, this post by NARLA in November 2008 stood out as providing a guidance to value:

"Interesting to see that the recent sale of the Forsys Valencia deposit went through at US$8 lb for an inground uranium resource of 62 mil lbs at 110ppm.

WME's Marenica deposit has 34 mil lbs at 140ppm.

Using the Forsys sale as a guide, the inground value of the Marenica deposit is currently US$0.53 lb - around 15 times LESS than the Valencia deposit."

If this comparable sale value of US$8/lb were applied to WME, it would imply a value of US$272m, or A$406 (at A$/US$0.67). There may be other factors influencing the price... infrastructure? by-products? other assets? but that is promising.
