A little history: Kiernenn got into CSM as CSM (Valliant resources) at the time was running at a loss in producing Manganese. Kiernenn was a creditor with a transport company that was owed money by Valliant. He got the company in exchange for the debt owed.
The rest is history he turned the company around by increased through put and reduced dilution on the ROM pad.
Kiernenns ability is moving bulk resources cheaply, and surrounding himself with top geologists and and other professionals.
