I noticed that at the end of the announcment today mention about the use of the funds raised and that there is still talk about a possible new investment.

To quote :
"...and to advance the evaluation and potential investment in new oil and gas assets currently being reviewed by the company...."

Now okay.... the company can look but may do nothing.

However, it is worth noting that it does say "currently being reviewed".
Okay nothing may come of it. But there is an indication that they are actually looking at some possible investments as we speak as it were.
Yeah .... I know .... where's that grain of salt. But you just never know. Could be time for a real surprise.
