    That's what the board is elected to do RT, if they don't do it very well they get booted out (just ask the last lot). I'm sure they would be required to announce transactions > a certain % of their NTA etc - all these things are highly governed by ASIC/ASX. It's only ever an issue if they get it wrong - good decisions are rarely questioned...
