A bit surprising that jwt missed the obvious. Maybe it goes against the conspiracy theory that he holds. You know, the idea that the board can never get anything right, only ever acts in its own and not members' interests or is simply out to torpedo the company.
Always seemed twaddle to me. Obviously the company cannot survive without members' hands in their pockets. Everyone now gets a chance, including jwt if he's brave enough.
