Just want to say "hi" first of all - I'm a virgin poster here!
I was tipped of about BTR approximately a year ago by a friend/colleague who is currently in at an average SP of $0.38 (lucky son of a b****!)! For the last year I've been tracking news stories, reports, SP and blogs - everything does seem very positive and in the past two weeks I've decided to take a reasonable holding at an average of $1.28, which I do feel more than comfortable with.
I do have a couple of questions for some of the members here that have been long term investors, spectators and probably far more experienced at investing in minerals/resources than me!
1. BTR SP has seemed to be highly volatile, even downwardly with excellent media exposure and highly positive reports on current assets. What are the perceived primary reasons for this?
2. When the announcements regarding Perkoa were initially made we saw a hike in SP to just below $2.00; whilst the Perkoa position remains the same and alone should provide a reasonable income for BTR, there seems to be no sign of further benefit from the highly positive reports coming out of the company in the past year. Why?
3. Are there any widely accepted valuations on the current assets that BTR holds?
