this is probably the best AMU could hope for, but really it's quite sad it's come to this which in my view reflects on "average" management decisions (eg. the ARW sinkhole debacle, wasteage on buybacks around $1, past lack of interest in retiring debt, etc).
Has anyone checked current debt and how much this might retire. Hopefully it'll do more more than just replace rising cost of credit
