greedygekko I actually think its very fair. When BCI last raised money they released 5,400,000 shares at $1.70 per share to sophisticated and professional investors.

The strike price of $1.85 and $2 is well up there. It gives him excellent incentive to progress the company and he has been doing a very good job thus far.

I also noticed the little slip in SP after the announcement but investors just arent reading into it properly..its not as if they have put a low strike price on the options that were issued.

If they have that kind of strike price they expect the SP to go well above those prices..so Im confident. IMO it shows the directors are confident in the company and its projects.
