all I saw in the announcement that matters was that the start of the iron exploration program (ie drilling) was "imminent". In other words they are not even drilling yet. Rumor has it otherwise.
Things you need to be able to drill in WA:
1. An aboriginal heritage survey
2. Clearance with the department
3. A drilling rig
