    Hey Pigrig

Interesting how the miners at $300+ per ounce in your chart are sitting on the lower end of the cash cost curve.....also this is a recent chart that only takes into account share prices during 2012, as you can see the materials sector XMJ, significantly oversold....

The 10 year average for IGV/EV on a per ounce basis is more than double those rates in that chart.

Fast forward to 2013 were we are seeing money inflows into the XMJ.

At the end of the day, it is about grade and scale of the gold deposit, the higher the grade and higher the quality and quantity of the secondary ore, in our case in Mt Kare silver, the lower our cash costs will be. Lifting IndoChine well into the $300-500/oz over the next 18 months as they head into production.

Keep you eyes on these grades of silver and gold over the next couple of weeks. They will give you a guide as to how large the annual production will be and how cheap they will be able to extract the gold and silver.

You need to ask yourself, why are these multi Trillion and Multi Billion Dollar investment companies invested in IndoChine Mining? FOr a 500% return? Is that all?

If you look at the same chart produced by Petra Capital which is included in IndoCHine's presentations, it shows significant uplift in the share price during this, the company making year for the company.

BTW - The more ounces of gold and silver you have in Indicated and Measured, eg Reserve, the higher the per ounce valuation, much higher than $45 average for explorers who mainly only have Inferred JORC Resource.

We already have 700,000 ounces of gold sitting at Indicated, and this doesn't include any of IndoChine's drilling, on Madisons.....and it was calculated when the price of gold was $650/Oz back in 2007, eg lower cut offs of gold and silver.

Do a little research and have a look at the gold and silver grades that Madison and Buffalo were finding in their 60,000metres of drilling, nothing on the ASX comes close....

    Cheers Nectar
