What's going on now is an attempt to clean out the speculators and traders. Nice job. They wish to keep this stock out of the hands of these folks and in the hands of the top end of town. Folks are being spooked into dumping in the 11.5 to 12.5 cent range.

The instos are not selling down their holding, that makes no sense as they would be shooting themselves in the foot as they would have to announce that they have lightened up and that would cause them to loose more than they could gain.
