your calculations are correct $4300 if you applied for the whole $15K, retail holders continue to get ripped off.
can you believe the bank gets 2.6 BILLION and will only accept $750Million.
why the bank wouldn't raise it to accept additional funds is beyond me, but they continue to look after the big boys.
