I dont think these Instos would be in the game for a "possible" 10-15% increase if that, considering how much the price would fall with big sales.
Why pump $30 mil into a company if they think "oh maybe I can make a quick 15% if the share holds til I get my allocation"
No, they want the $30 mil to turn into $60 mil, then $120 mil and beyond.
