Reading the option announcement, it seems (with the information available now) that Euroz Hartleys will only be paid 6% in relation to the "shortfall offer" . I assume not eveyrone will be taking up the offer, so there will be a shortfall.
It looks well thought out so, the options are not tradeable on market, which I am pleased about. The way the broker will be able to retrieve any money is if they first exercise the options then they can sell the shares on market so a minimum benchmark is 1.2 cents . 50% above new share issue price.
It could provide cashflow for the company as well.
We are still awaiting information from Balledonia as Graeme alluded to in a RRS presentation. Plus what S32 will do with magnetite.
While capital raisings can hold a company back in short term share price wise, it also can propel us with what we can do with the funds .
Plenty of irons in the fire for this minnow, and great management , who are always $$ conscious.
