good question, for me personally I want to see more concrete evidence that a plant will be built. We are construction ready and need funding, unless I see more clarity I won't be throwing more money into esi. At the moment management are the only ones benefitting, I have bought shares on previous ann which didn't eventuate. A lot of long termers (5 plus years) have supported the company without seeing any reward.
What dilution is to come? Management had plenty of opportunities to seek alternate funding when the sp was above 1.5 cents but decided to stick with monash, even La Jolla funding at an sp of 1.5 cents would have seen far less dilution than what has eventuated IMO.
