Well to me this is Good News !
I Posted a couple of Moons (Months) ago that I considered THR needed to do a Small Issue to show More Money in the Bank and the ability to raise Funds to impress any Potential Partner at Molyhil.
This shows that THR can raise Money (Approx. $A1,530,800 with this Issue)outside of THR Share holders.
We also have to remember THR has been spending on exploration recently and obvoiusly something is encouraging.
