WHO ? - are the "New Investors " ?
Why is this not disclosed in the announcement .
These New Sophisticated Investors are buying in at a
Bargain Price ,just when most of the ground work in proving up a commercial operation has been completed.
The funds provided by the " Sophisticated Investors "
would have been provided by an increase in the allotment to existing shareholders via the SPP .
