Hi Slew
Read my last post.
Don't hold your breath about this not going through.
Everybody will knuckle down and vote for the deal.I predict that by the end of this week, the rage will have died down and Pat will again be everybody's hero.
Also as somebody has pointed out, Pat is a master at raising cash(except for Biograde - which tells you something about our investment.) I don't think Pat would make this sort of announcement if he didn't have the funds lined up.
I just can't figure out why Pat is doing this. Obviously he and Polarity B will participate so they won't get diluted further.
The only thing I can think of is that projected cash flows from biograde sales are crap and he is taking insurance for the future. My guess is that they will try and "buy" business. (The China Olympic was a classical). I urge you guys not to get carried away with announcement on sales. Wait for the margins to become clear, and resulting cash flows.
Slew, do your own sums. Unless sales get up to about $50M
with some decent margins, what is going to support a capitalisation of $20M (ie 1B shares at $0.02.)
Don't forget, every $0.01 movement in the share price, means a capitalisation of $10M. So at $0.10 per share, the capitalisation would be $100M. How on earth will this be achieved in the foreseable future?
This is what is so criminal about the last 6 months.
I wonder if he is cashing up to buy the rest of the company (of which is a member) in which CNN bought a part of a few weeks ago? Anything is possible!
Hard to see $0.01 if the cash is not burned. you would expect the capitalisation to be at least the value of the assets plush the shell of a public company.
So my estimate is between $0.015 and $0.02, with downward pressure if the cash evaporates.
Regards
Pear
