Dont worry I have done my sums and it looks like 500m plus new shares at rock bottom price for our "new" investors.

This ann would have been prepared for a while now and to me the selling in the last couple of months stinks of someone knowing or controlling the situation.

If Biograde are making sales and he is sitting on them till after the raising he should be asked to explain.

And if no sales appear before the end of the quarter they should be held accountable for ramping for their own benefit.

Gets uglier and uglier.
