    According to this article, firstly they still need to raise cash to get this proceeding.
    Then 12 months to install & set up, then several months of testing.
    Once that's done, it will take 3-5 years to build a full scale plant.
    So if I'm reading this right, then how will AEV extract any benefits of this technology in the near term ?
