I think there is a typo in the 3rd to last paragraph, which should have read it will take a year to install test and commercialise the new process which would be inline with the update they posted on the jdc webpage rather than a year to install the new modifications.
Let's hope they get funding away soon, it's been on hold for too long. It would be nice to see local holders in jdc fund this round but I think for the longer term and credibility they need one of the larger phosphate producers on board. Can't see why they wouldn't be keen.....
