Further to what you have stated B81,,, you just need to look at the time, money and effort that has gone into getting all the patents in place.
JDC have been very dilligent on this matter resently.
If they still had 'years' to go to get the process to run, as indicated in this latest interview, I feel they would have made no comment about the patents, as time would have been on their side.
Things may move quicker than what is getting indicated by Tip.
I am still of the belief JDC (under direction) are holding things back until AEV have strong cash flow from Boabab
