STRONG BUY recommendation, Jeffries and Co. did the same late 2010 - the harder I look the more I find ... I am sticking to $3.50 Jul12 as a definite lower end - of course could be another 'oops' saga BUT this time me thinks I am right, might have again received hazy clarity from Little Red herself!"
