To keep Betalians in the loop the NJ senate vote on the

21st, 24th, 28th,29th and 30th June.

No items have been listed for these dates.

I would expect they will be added for consideration sometime this week and will be listed on the NJ government website.

If the fixed odds is listed and given the green light then the governor has 45 days to sign off.

An interesting aside is that when bills are finally signed off they become law on the 4th of July of the said year or on a date that is written in the Bill.

The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement will have 90 days after approval of the bill to promulgate the rules and regulations.

Worth keeping in your think tank was the Entain spokesman who was quoted as saying about the BET/TAH offer...........................

"There's nothing in this for Australian racing which would be left a poor cousin to Betmakers US ambitions"

Well I'm sorry Mr Entain, facts are......

- Betamakers is an Australian company, Entain is not
- TAB will be exposed to an international audience with the BET deal
- USA fixed odds will be transformational, reverse feeds media/data means TAB receives revenue with USA and Australian racing
- the USA audience will be exposed to their local fixed odds racing but can experience fixed odds racing from Australia and the world.
- the TAB will receive a flood of race meetings internationally
- increased revenue means its a win win for Australian racing and shareholders of the new BET company.

The potential revenue from 332 millions Americans who are currently enjoying fixed odds on sport is mind boggling.

If the TAB don't strike the deal with BET then someone like FOXBET will.

This is untapped, the potential numbers are staggering.

This is a major win for Australian racing, BET shareholders and TAH shareholders.

The only thing holding it back at the moment is a lack of investor knowledge and truth of its potential.

This will all be revealed no doubt in the coming weeks.
