    Agree totally David, and the last condition appears a bit open-ended so that the new exclusivity period may go beyond 4 months. I am tipping six months before we see anything on paper, and there will be all the delays of FIRB approval etc. Let us see now if the Meijin bid is fair dinkum. If it is, give Jindal the boot. The weakness in the share price over the past week indicates this was not much of a secret, all the "inside" holders are probably out.
