Do you guys feel they will eventually formally bid 56c? Or with all these conditions is that a sign they don't think Meijin are a serious competitor and will the end price be more like 42c?

The increased bids after 42c just seem to be them playing games. It did allow them to reduce their stake above that 42c level. All these games with Essar withdrawing awhile back, Jindal stuffing investores around, and you would think if Meijin was serious then Rocklands would have gone with them by now rather than continue playing games with Jindal.

Starting to think 42 cents is the target if things progress well.
