Although I am bullish on this stock and will continue to accumulate at these levels. There seems to be a disconnect between what management thinks is market-sensitive and what is not.

I wouldn't be surprised that if you could be in the minds of management that they may have expected the share price to be between 9-10.5 vs. 7. So the trading halt may have been a little uncalled for, but all in all, the right to acquire an 80% stake is now halved.

Also, previously, I do not recall that we (the market), were ever privy to the terms of the JV, so now that this is out in the open, it makes there acquisition terms clear.

January/February will be a good month IMO as things begin to drill and take shape.
