    Maybe, but there will have to be a C/R and the return is over 2 years.

    The sooner they start on the ground the better.

    I am happy with the way things are progressing so far, it looks positive and progress is being made.

    IMHO.

    Getting things going is never going to be easy and will not fulfill everyone's risk appetite.

    Am happy to be corrected.
