The Philippines thing is a dog, hopes it never comes back, just a never ending black hole, look at every other listed small to mid cap Philippino project, they all get stiffed either by the local partners, the government or the rebels.
At least the west african stuff looks interesting, there are a few majors in there like Goldfields, Barrick & Newmont plus a few producers like Etruscan.
Gold price will hang in there with all this panic globally.
Could be a cheap entry to a good play!
