From the annual report, OW and New Apex have 57m. They are entitled to about 10m shares and 10m options (under the rights issue) which will theoretically take their holding to 77m.
Given my earlier scenario, they could buy 20m shares and 20m options from the underwriter which could take their holdings to 107m out of 178m ie 60%!!
Look forward to comments on this scenario whether you concur or not!!
